Privacy
What sonicpixel.io collects, why, and what it does not. Last updated October 19, 2026.
This policy covers sonicpixel.io, the portfolio and business site of Sonic Pixel, run by Mike Sewell. It does not cover the sites and apps linked from here, which have their own policies.
The only thing this site asks you to hand over is the contact form. If you send it, we receive:
- your name and email address
- your message
- the project type and budget, if you picked them
The form is delivered by email through Resend, our email delivery service, to the studio inbox. Resend processes it on our behalf to deliver it. We use what you send to reply to you and to talk about your project. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share it.
The form also has a hidden field that real visitors never see. Bots tend to fill it in, and a message that does is discarded.
We keep enquiries in our email for as long as the conversation is useful, and delete them on request.
The site sets no cookies. It stores one thing in your browser's local storage, under the key sp-theme: whether you chose the light or dark theme. It stays on your device, is only used to remember that choice, and is never sent to us. Clearing your site data removes it.
There is no analytics, advertising or tracking script on this site, and no social-media widgets or embedded third-party players. The fonts and videos are served with the site itself. We do not build profiles of visitors.
Like any website, the servers that deliver sonicpixel.io may keep ordinary technical logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use them to identify or track individual visitors.
Pages here link to client sites, GitHub, X and WordPress.org. Once you follow a link, that site's policy applies, not this one.
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted by writing through the contact page. Mention that it is a privacy request.
If the site starts collecting anything new, this page will change before it does. The date above shows when it was last updated.
