Adaptive Flow

The day is split in two: Intent holds the planned work, Orbit catches whatever interrupts it. Moving a task from Orbit into Intent past the day's set capacity forces a trade-off — something planned goes back to Orbit rather than the day quietly overfilling. At a chosen hour a sunset ritual walks through everything unfinished: keep it, return it, or drop it.
